Pest Control Technician

At Defense Pest Solutions, we believe in solving problems, protecting families, and living out our faith-first, family-focused values. We're looking for a wholesome, hardworking, and dependable individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. If you're honest, people-focused, and committed to doing the right thing—even when no one's watching—you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver pest control treatments to residential and commercial properties
Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
Educate customers on prevention and treatment plans
Maintain accurate service records and customer accounts
Operate and care for the company vehicle and equipment
Communicate effectively with the team and office staff

What We’re Looking For:

Honest, hardworking, and dependable
Positive, respectful, and good with people
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently
Pass a background check & drug screen
Lives a wholesome lifestyle, on and off the job
